returns + exchanges
If you feel that your product is not performing at its best, please send us an email at email@example.com with your order number, a description of the issue and a photo. Most of the time, your candle just needs a little love! We do not accept returns on our products. We do accept exchanges* but because we are a small business you must cover the cost of any shipping fees. We know that sometimes bad things happen to good people, so message us if you have any questions and we can figure it out together!
*We do not accept returns or exchanges on our lip-balm.
